We provide design, development, deployment and maintenance for websites and web applications. Deliverables and milestones are defined in the project proposal or contract; content on this site is not an offer.

Projects progress against agreed milestones and payment schedules; you provide required materials and feedback on time. Significant scope changes are evaluated separately for schedule and cost.

Ownership of deliverables transfers as defined in the contract after full payment; we may reuse general technical approaches in other projects without disclosing your confidential information. Both parties keep confidential information secret.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of this site or our services. We may update these terms from time to time; the version published on this page takes effect immediately.
